Travolta plants kiss on male
pal's lips

John Travolta kisses a man friend on the lips - and sets Hollywood tongues
wagging. Grease star Travolta, 52, planted a smacker on his mystery mate on the
steps of his private plane.
The pair embraced
warmly after the actor jetted in to an airport in Hamilton, Ontario, to work on
new movie Hairspray. exuality. Movie industry gossips have been hinting for
years that he is secretly gay. The rumours were originally fuelled by his
longstanding bachelor status but continued to circulate even after he married
Kelly Preston 15 years ago.
Cynics pointed out
he had wed Kelly, a fellow follower of the Scientology cult, soon after a report
in America claimed he had a two year affair with a male porn star. Travolta and
Kelly are still married and have two children -Jett, 14, and Ella Bleu, six.
In 1998 Travolta was
named in a lawsuit from a gay man who claimed the Church of Scientology promised
to "cure" him of homosexuality. He said they cited Travolta as someone they had
treated successfully in the past.
His lawyer said at
the time: "Travolta is a happily married man, which proves he isn't gay."
