Camp comedian Alan Carr says fame has brought him a host of raunchy offers –
from sex-starved WOMEN.
The openly gay
star says lasses view him as the ultimate challenge. Buck-toothed Alan, 31,
said: “I’m deluged with marriage proposals. I even get naked photos.
“Some women see me in the same way mountaineers see Everest – I’m a big
challenge but they still want to mount me and stick a flag at the top.”
Meanwhile, Justin Lee Collins – who is Alan’s co-host on The Friday Night
Project, which returns to Channel 4 this week – said sex is over-rated.
The married dad-of-two said: “I’d rather have a pint than sex. Far too much
effort involved in my opinion. “Maybe I’m just not very good at it. I’m very
good to the point of cuddling. But sex… I could easily go for long periods
without.
“Once every six months would be too often for me.” Bristol-born JLC, 33, also
graded himself a C+ for parenting skills.
He said: “Don’t get me wrong, I’m excellent at the loving side of it, but the
feeding, cleaning and all that I leave to the wife.”
The duo, who both rose through the ranks of the stand-up comedy circuit, are
gearing up for their new series. They said their dream guests for the show would
be Prince William, 25, Prince Harry, 23, and Aretha Franklin – dressed as the
Three Degrees.
Alan said he would love to meet buxom soul star Aretha, 65, but he added: “If
she came on the show with breasts like that, there’s no way she’d make it up the
stairs.”
